[REF-3333] Toast title sometimes disappear.

Using the following snippet, on first toast it show up properly.

If you click the button again, the title of the toast disappear for some reason, but description is still there.

    on_click=rx.toast(
        level="error",
        title="Test Title",
        description="Test Description",
        id="test",
    )
)

Reproduction : Use snippet from above to make a button that send toast (with title + description), and give an id to that toast. Click button once, the toast appear normally. Click button again, the toast appear without the title.

Expected : The title keep appearing.
