UI/UX Updates to Reflex Chat App

@Alek99 I went over the code base yesterday and made some changes to the UI (these are preliminary changes with more to come). I have some dummy data in the State file for UI purposes. Let me know if the changes are alright, if you want to remove/add/change things etc ...
