Calendar month view to see all events in month in grid and also be able to flip through months would be nice.

In #37 we included a calendar helper based on the one by @topfunky.

You can also take a look at our fork https://github.com/simplelogica/refinerycms-calendar which is already published as a gem (http://rubygems.org/gems/refinerycms-sl-calendar)
