Update dependencies in order to support Rails 6.

Wow, I was not expecting all of those failures https://travis-ci.org/refinery/refinerycms-blog/jobs/593166886

They're all related to missing translations. This might be related to the failure we are seeing in refinerycms in the master branch.

I don't have a good feeling about this. I'm going to keep an eye on the mobility gitter channel. Looks like fully supporting Rails 6 is going to be difficult. Thankfully everything outside of translations is working well on my project.
