Support vscode workspace

It seems if I open a folder inside a vscode workspace, it can't find the correct buleprint-templates folder.

Hey there! How did you setup your blueprint folder location in settings? By default it will only look for a folder named blueprint-templates in the workspace root.

@reesemclean ah, is it possible to support a blueprint-templates folder in each sub project? I think usually each sub project should have their own templates.
