Give user option to have blueprint automatically create the blueprint templates folder if it does not exist

Might be nice to give the user a choice to have blueprint create the template folder for them when we detect that it does not exist here. What are your thoughts?

I could see that - maybe put a readme file that explains how to use it or a sample template?
