Any way to automate the list or do we need people to edit a markdown file somewhere to add/remove jobs as they're found?
Airtable integration?
Oooo interesting...I've done a couple of those for another site I'm working on and it's been great. That AirTable is a paid account with several paid users...any idea if you can have a completely open AirTable that lets anyone come edit for free?
The free tier is very generous for Airtable but yes, restricted for # of people can contribute
A free scalable solution could be to use Google Sheets, populated by a public Google Form .
No matter the cms, data will only be updated on site build unless we do some webhooky things (or cheat and do iframes :D)
Would a certain amount of "moderating" make sense anyway?
RE: google form -> Would this still allow people to update typo's they made for their own submission?
RE: google form -> Would this still allow people to update typo's they made for their own submission?
probably not, they'd have to contact i guess. the benefit of the form interface is someone can't accidentally delete all the job posts
Could always make a redwood app that acts as a cms and allows people to edit their own submissions XD
We should check with folks and see what they were expecting here—is this literally a job board where people post jobs, or we're just linking to existing job posts we find around the internets? @mojombo?
either way i'd imagine it'd look the same way
something like this
