[Bug] Slow frame-by-frame slideshow instead of smooth animation and designed GIF's frame speed

Describe the bug Slideshow instead of designed GIF's frame speed. Open the GIF on a PC or in another program on the phone, and the GIF is played smoothly. Unlike the wallpaper's slideshow. :-(

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set some GIF (3+ MB, with small delays between the frames) as the phone's wallpaper.
2. Watch the slow frame-by-frame slideshow.

Expected behavior Smooth animation.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Sony Z5 Compact
• Android version: 11
• App version v2.2.0(74)
