Num Lock on sends both the number and arrow input for a keypress

Probably another ImGui thing?

For example, starting with this textbox focused: image

Num Lock ON, pressed numpad 2/down arrow: image =both arrow key and number events sent

Num Lock OFF, pressed numpad 2/down arrow: image (correct behavior)
