app hang always

I love this software for quite a long time, but I can not remember when, this application always hang, it quite strange behavior. try to run in Windows 7, Windows 10, the same issue. use the latest release does not work. I have no idea, please help. I try TreeSize in replace of this app, that app does not hang no matter how big of my disk (3TB, 2TB, 512GB), it works.
