trojan_gRPC开启utls的情况下连不上，关闭utls选择空白倒是可以连接

这是一个存在了很久的问题：当前wifi下连接成功后，然后你去没有该wifi信号覆盖的区域大约五分钟左右（期间不连任何别的wifi，v2rayNG也始终保持VPN运行状态），当你再回到之前连接wifi信号的地方成功连接上原来的wifi的时候然后访问谷歌YouTube之类的网站就是连不上，如图所示。我猜是自动恢复重连功能没完善造成的问题吧
