ucx_perftest -t am_bw works; ucp_am_bw retries and fails

I'm having this same issue with the same Broadcom device. ib_send_bw runs fine but ucp_am_bw times out as do the osu micro benchmarks, using ucx 1.15.0

[Question] is ibv_create_srq mandatory for ucx?

Was there ever a resolution to this? I have this exact same issue with ucx/roce on a Broadcom BCM57414. UCX fails with that same timeout, but ib_send_bw works fine.
