Account fakely disabled

When I disable an account, I can see notifications for this account when app start.

as well, wait a notification for this account don't open it, disable the account, and open notification .. it works

Just Offline mode can be set in status and displaying contacts and discussions ok. but in preferences we want toggle action disconnect account

Fake disable is the opposite of the XMPP ethos.
