Split APKs for each ABI

Receny Xabber bas been using an ABI dependant library, which has considerably increased the size of the APK. Hence I suggest building separate APK for each supported ABI, this will require changing the vercode scheme by prepending a least significant digit which value corresponds to the ABI built for.
