Can't create server certificate with SubjectAltName

It seems that when I create a server certificate (after applying #3 ), and specify a altName with ./bin/create-server -s domain -a www.domain, the resulting certificate will only have the primary domain as subjectAltName set, additional ones seem to be ignored.
