Updated version with following changed:

• Added automated run based on password stored in environment variable (you need to make sure that your defaults.conf is the right one before using create-root-ca in automated mode
• Split server and client to allow separate server, client and server+client certificates
• Minor changes in templates to respect the split of server to server and server+client
