Reproduction Steps

• Stream freez or goes to black screen only when you select target resolution 1080p, IDK when it started to happen, bcs I always use 1080p(HQ), and this only happens in Android app. Think this #706 partly related, but I didn't encounter a black screen when switching to WebGL2.
