better-xcloud-android [Bug] Gamepad vibration doesn't work

Reproduction Steps

As I saw, in Google TV (Android 12) was introduced VibratorManager which should be used to have a gamepad vibration, but unfortunately it doesn't work on better-xcloud, even though it is turned on in the settings.

Unfortunately not. I was trying to use the gamepad Xbox Series X using bluetooth in TV Philips Android 12.
