Add namespaceOverride

What would you like to be added?

In my setup I'm using redpanda console as a subchart, but it does not support namespaceOverride. It would be very useful feature to have this option.

Why is this needed?

Currently there is no possibility to install redpanda console chart in a different namespace than the main chart when it's used as helm dependency.
