Updating installation.md Kubernets section to match official documentation https://docs.redpanda.com/docs/console/installation/#kubernetes, current helm chart link was linking to the old console (kowl)

It makes sense to me especially considering that the website docs are the ones we should be constantly looking for but, a friend of mine was supposed to install the console and ended up installing the kowl console and told me he was following this doc, só I went to do this PR 😅
