[Question] CVE-2025-22872 Is there a fix target date for this vulnerability?

Hello,

Vulnerability CVE-2025-22872 related to golang.org/x/net v0.37.0, is still present in latest version 3.1.1. Are there any issues which prevent upgrading of this module to version 0.38.0?
