References and Referenced By are inconsistent.

What went wrong?

When I click on a schema in Schema Registry and see References and Referenced By on the right-hand side, I notice that References lists import strings, while Referenced By lists subject names. Moreover, if these contain periods or forward slashes, clicking on them does not redirect me.

What should have happened instead?

I expected References and Referenced By to list subject names, and I expected to be redirected to the appropriate schema when clicking on these links.

How to reproduce the issue?

Create three schemas, A, B, and C, that reference each other in the following order: A → B → C. Then, click on B. Ensure that the subject names follow the format foo.bar.baz and the imports use the format foo/bar/baz.proto.
