Minor updates to Redpanda Connect instructions
In the Connectors page on the tab for Redpanda Connect, we see the following steps at the bottom:
Two issues:
- Step 4 is unnecessary (topics are created automatically with the given config)
- The text under step 6 is not related to the given config (stdin is not being read)

Step 4 is unnecessary (topics are created automatically)
We don’t control the Kafka this pipeline talks to. Notably managed environments (such as Serverless) have topic auto-create off. We saw people on the Serverless webinars who got stuck on non-existing topics. The gist is: it isn't obvious. So I suggest keeping it.
The text under step 6 “Anything you write to stdin will be written unchanged to stdout.” seems to be unrelated to the provided config (stdin is not being captured)\
Makes sense. It originally used stdin We replaced it with generator without revision to the text.
