Adding Rust-based engines as solo engines

Two Rust based engines are well developed enough that they might warrant a mention (Amethyst, Bevy) but don't yet have a commercial title attached to them (at least that I am aware of). Any objections on their inclusion?

No objections at all, always good to see Rust getting some traction as well, I wasn't aware of these (although I am very C++ oriented). If you want to go ahead and do it, just follow the format of the rest of the entries (64x64px logo + screenshot if at all available) and submit a PR. Otherwise I'll try to add them as soon as I get a free moment
