Program will say it's open in task manager but won't show up on screen

When i go to open up skin mixer it will show in my task manager that it's running, but won't open up on the screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't work.

Logs may help me deduce the issue, if you can find and upload them here. They should be found in %appdata%/osu-skin-mixer/Logs or C:/Users/(your name)/AppData/Roaming/osu-skin-mixer/Logs

If you are unable to find the log file, or it doesn't exist, try install a previous release. If that doesn't work, your graphics card/drivers may be too old.
