💡 Feature request: DEFAULT_SUBSCRIPTIONS allow multiple subreddits

In my docker compose I have this: DEFAULT_SUBSCRIPTIONS=a+b+c and in the Feeds drop down menu it will show all 3 subreddits as separate. I was hoping to do something like: DEFAULT_SUBSCRIPTIONS=a-b-c and in the Feeds drop down menu it shows as a multi-subreddit of a+b+c so when you click it it will show all 3 subreddits
