🐛 Bug Report: Release action overhaul

Our current release action needs fixing. Upon a release event, it needs to compile for different architectures and upload them all to the release event. Right now it's not handling new releases correctly so I've had to compile manually and upload the binary, which is not ideal at all.

Related to #47 as we should provide different architectures for release
