Describe the bug

Settings cookies expire.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Add a subscription or change a setting.
2. Use redlib until cookie expires.
3. Cookie has now expired and will not be used.

What's the expected behavior?

The cookie should get the expiry date moved when using redlib so they don't expire.
