iOS PWA not workinig

Whether I'm adding my selfhosted site to my homescreen or a public instance the videos don't play. They maybe play 1-2 frames then permanently pause. I can see the rest of the video is loaded up. Sometimes the timer goes but theres no picture.

As far as I can tell it's not only limited to the Redlib PWA but some other PWAs as well, so maybe some bugs in Safari PWA implementation.
