💡 Feature request: Option in settings to set preferred Video resolution

Everytime I have a slow connection and want to watch a Video clip I first have to start to load the high-res clip in order to be able to set the resolution lower.

Describe the feature:

It would be great if I could set the preferred resolution in the settings. Oft course not all Videos have the same resolutions, it would be sufficient to inverse the logic via the setting so as to start with the low-res video. Or "low, med, high" as Option would be also good.
