Sealed Secrets Page not visible in the Console User Interface

Hello I tried to access the sealed secrets page to add a new secret, but I can't seem to find the page in the User Interface of the Console.

sealed secrets is active though.

the documentation also has nothing in regards to how to create the secrets via UI or manually.

Is there a way of manually installing them via kubectl? that would also work for us at the moment.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Otomi Console'
2. Try to enter Secrets
3. See no Secrets menu

Expected behavior: show the page to add secrets. and add to the docs how to manually create secrets so that Otomi can read them. especially helpful for external git providers for team builds
