Team-admin Tekton ingress is not created

Describe the bug: (a clear and concise description of what the bug is) There is no ingress for the team-admin Tekton

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On team-admin
  2. Go to builds and create one
  3. Click on any of the links and it won't work
  4. See error

Expected behavior: (a clear and concise description of what you expected to happen) Team-admin tekton to be present.
