Describe the bug: (a clear and concise description of what the bug is)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to platform settings => ingress
  2. Try to add new ingress class by clicking the + icon
  3. Observe that new form appears and disappears immediately

It removes all the settings changes that you type in all the settings pages on the cluster. Locally it works
