It is confusing to see spinning wheel before clicking the Deploy change button

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. - add extra Grey icon to warn that you have to deploy first - Tooltips for the status icons to show what the icons mean Describe alternatives you've considered Get rid of Deploy changes button.
