Migrate schema property of harbor database

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since Harbor database is created by CloudNativePG its configurations should be stored under databases.harbor instead of apps.harbor object.

Moreover the apps.harbor.databasePassword is not used anymore.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

• Define schema in the values-schema.yaml file
• Create migration in the values.changes.yaml file apps.harbor => databases.harbor apps.harbor.resources.database => databases.harbor.resources
