Gitea with database from CloudNativePG

WHY

The CloudNativePG provides HA and backup features that are crucial for the disaster recovery scenarios.

Acceptance criteria

GIVEN Gitea and CNPG operator WHEN Otomi installs Gitea THEN CNPG creates database for Gitea AND Gitea is using it as a storage backend AND Gitea database has two replicas AND possibility to enable backups
