K8s Cluster is not removed upon github workflow cancel

Describe the bug: (a clear and concise description of what the bug is)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Got to github action and trigger Deploy Otomi job
2. After k8s cluster is created click cancel workflow
3. Observe that workflow does not execute the remove cluster job

Expected behavior: (a clear and concise description of what you expected to happen) The Delete Kubernetes cluster job is executed on the Cancel workflow event
