Deprecate DOWNLOAD KUBECFG functionality

WHY

The Otomi SHELL replaces the DOWNLOAD KUEBCFG functionality.

After Talk with Jeho:

• How to handle deprecation?
  • Show latest major release notes on dashboard
    • Add a url to latest changelog on github
  • Show Patch release in different Component on dashboard???
  • In settings make Otomi Core version a clickable url to github changelog if it is a release version
