benchmark coordinator should fetch cpuinfo/osinfo and set it as metadata
@slice4e and @markovamaria to define a standard OSS tool and make sure we can generate reports and store them easily either on redis or s3 ( depending if its static and size ) and make reference to it on grafana.
Rephrase task - apply storing of cpuinfo/osinfo to "redis-benchmarks-spec-client-runner" and propagate change to benchmark coordinator.
