When the slave node goes down, the number of Redis cluster connections doubles

Usually, the client’s number is 270 0000,but the connections increase to 610 0000 when i stop one slave node.

At the same time, I also saw the TCP flood via
demsg |tail.TCP: request_sock_TCP: Possible SYN flooding on port 6379. Sending cookies. Check SNMP counters -
The redis-server log is this:
