Continue firing what read at channelRead method in CommandHandler so that customerized handler can receive messages

Feature Request

I added IdleStateHandler to pipeLine to moniter "idle state" ,but could not get real 'readIdle' , because IdleStateHandler could not receive msg in channleRead method.
