Azure EntraID (Token Based Authentication) integration tests

Tests EntraId Authentication with Azure.StackExchenageRedis extension. Test itself enabls TBA on target Redis Server via help of Re-Fault-Injector API. It checks if the given environment is defined within the test context and runs against that connection, otherwise skips.
