Please specify a license

Hi there,

Can you please specify which license the code is published under?

Since there's no clear license, the code is technically not free and open source. I see that in the package.json file it says "GPL" but it does not say which version of GPL it is, and whether it's "GPL-?.0-only" or "GPL-?.0-or-later".

There's also no LICENSE file in the repo, and I'm pretty sure it's required.
