Don't place new windows on top of existing ones

You should be able to switch focus to the new window using CTRL+WIN+ALT+ARROWKEY, but I guess that's a bit clumsy. New windows should perheaps steal focus?

Would it be also possible to save the session when quitting where it will restore the window position and zoom level where it was?

That's what the shadows are supposed to do... Or, the zoom-level and position of the view is not, only the windows on the desktop. Maybe that's a stupid omission though?

The thing is when the WM is started, it always come to the default position and zoom level and a default terminal appears on top left. The shadows do work as intended and are positioned where they were but they are often outside the view screen.

And you'd like to start up back right where you left off... That should be pretty simple to do. Just need to decide how glass-ghosts and glass-theme interact about this, as it's glass-theme that sets the initial position and zoom now....

Exactly !
