[RFE] network interface os_name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users might be interested in knowing what the network interface name is for the provisioned OS in order to do their own provisioning

Describe the solution you'd like Add a new host metadata value for os_name and populate this with a python script that would consume the python-quads-lib and have this as a post installation script on the foreman proviioning
