[RFE] Terminate single hosts for self-schedules

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Self schedules can only be fully terminated but individual hosts cannot be removed from the allocation by the requesting user.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow users to terminate single hosts from their self scheduling assignment.
