[RFE] Develop 1.1 to 2.0 Migration Workflows

This issue covers devising and testing repeatable steps for migrating current and future system schedules from a 1.1 QUAD instance to a 2.0 instance.

  1. Dump out all current and future system schedules from a running QUADS 1.1 instance
  2. Import them into new QUADS 2.0 instance
  3. Ensure QUADS doesn't think it needs to do anything by testing M&R --dry-run and all future schedules are as they were before.
