Once the new quads version is implemented would we be able to visualize how often a specific resource is used over another. ie, how many AMD systems are utilized to its intel counterpart?

With the metadata model we do track CPU vendor, model, type and since you can view schedules (and number of schedules) by individual host it wouldn't be too hard to build a report for it e.g. quads-cli --report-cpu
