(RFE) host annotations

Would it be useful to track specific "peculiarities" of hosts with an annotation? For example, if there is a host that gets "wedged" without any real explanation, should we track it? Or if a host network cable vibrates loose frequently? I was thinking something like:

quads-cli --host hostA.example.com --annotate "host was wedged. No reason identified. cold reboot needed to initiate kickstart"

or

quads-cli --host hostB.example.com --annotate "host lost link. Remote hands needed to reseat cable."

I like this idea, a better place to keep free-form system notes and details and not stuff it up under Foreman host parameters.
