[RFE] Additional cloud-based visuals

This is an RFE to construct a new cloud-based scheduling and expiration visual. We already have our heat map visuals on a per-host basis that shows scheduling, availability and info.

Having an additional visual that summarizes cloud runtimes juxtaposed across a multi-month view would be really useful to have.

These endeavors can be combined.

• We want representative sizing of the cloud per nodes
• We want the requester name visible and link to JIRA ticket
• We'd like to capture the cloud name as a prominent title
• If we can, it'd be cool to also represent extensions as a different colored block extending past the original.
